At Sope Dealer, I want you to be satisfied with your purchase while maintaining fair and safe standards for all customers. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal care products, including soaps, detergents, and bath items. Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval, and if approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Non-refundable items include opened or used products, clearance or final sale items, and any items damaged due to misuse or improper handling. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so I can provide a replacement or full refund if applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
